  • Identifying opportunities, tracking performance and driving the largest impact
  • Enhancing the capabilities within the product
  • Working cross-functionally to launch and maintain features that impact Newsela’s growth
  • Contributing to the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features for the Product Management team
  • Leveraging research and data to understand opportunities to create a meaningful and impactful experience for users
  • Defining and delivering on short and long-term product goals
  • Holding cross-functional teams accountable to deliver on time and within scope
  • Collaborating with a highly technical team building foundational systems integral to Newsela
  • Working with a skilled team of Product Managers to bring features across the finish line
