  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3years' experience working in a corporate environment, technology industry, marketing agency, or startup
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in creating engaging written content for various communication channels
  • Proficiency collaborating with design teams to develop multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and presentations
  • Experience with communication tools and platforms, including email systems, collaboration tools, and content management systems
  • Experience collecting and analyzing feedback and data to continuously improve communication strategies
  • Ownership mentality and proven ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively with others, and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Proven experience interacting with high-level executives and C-Staff, exhibiting professionalism and poise
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain internal communication key dates and editorial calendar
  • Craft compelling and engaging content for various communication channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and share updates on company initiatives, achievements, and important announcements
  • Engage with senior leadership to ensure communications align with executive expectations
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal communication channels
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and employee engagement programs
  • Manage and update the company intranet using SharePoint
  • Plan and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person employee events
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to internal communications
