Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the software/technology industry in a manager or Team Lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Previous experience in a Managerial role, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 2 Inbound SDRs and 6 Outbound BDRs for the UKI and Nordics market.
  • Bring energy and motivation to the team by offering encouragement and leading by example, ensuring the team reach their monthly targets.
  • Identify and assist in the creation of team incentives, to better drive performance across the region.
  • Help to develop and maintain a sales and business development playbook with processes and best practices such as sales sequence, sales pitches, call scripts, email templates and qualification tactics to ensure efficiency and consistent conveyance of our current messaging.
  • Be at hand to answer any questions the team might have in relation to sales-technique, sales-process, product or integrations.
  • Take 1-2-1s, listening to calls, reading emails and identifying areas for development.
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times, and escalate your inputs to Managers.
  • Contribute to strategic projects for the global BDR Team.
