Human Resources Officer
About the job
- A Bac+5 degree in Human Resources is required.
- At least 4 years of experience, including work-study experience, with significant expertise in recruitment is required.
- Experience in multi-site environments and/or environments subject to different collective bargaining agreements is required.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and human resources software is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation are required.
- Confidentiality and professional discretion are required.
- Rigor, organization, and autonomy in managing assignments are required.
- Draft and publish job advertisements, pre-screen applications, and organize interviews.
- Participate in interviews and candidate selection with the HR Manager.
- Organize onboarding, including integration programs, probation-period follow-up, and manager feedback.
- Identify training needs with managers.
- Prepare the Skills Development Plan.
- Organize training sessions and manage their administrative and logistical follow-up.
- Track annual reviews and individual development plans.
- Participate in internal mobility, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Contribute to preparing salary review campaigns.
- Monitor variable compensation programs and market studies.
- Prepare meetings with employee representative bodies, including the Social and Economic Committee and unions.
- Participate in conflict management and initiatives to improve the social climate.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects concerning quality of working life, diversity, HR digitalization, and corporate social responsibility.
- Participate in internal HR communications.
- Experience in the retail distribution sector is an advantage.
