- Build and develop strong volunteer teams by regularly recruiting, training, equipping, empowering, and sustaining volunteers.
- Create excellent, inviting, and warm environments.
- Constantly cast vision.
- Assist with location-specific responsibilities as designed by the Campus Pastor.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned.
- Lead and provide oversight to the Attendee Onboarding Process.
- Lead and provide oversight to Guest Experience volunteer teams, including greeters, host teams, parking, communion, programs, and cleaning teams.
- Lead and provide oversight to the Office and Administration team.
- Lead and provide oversight to Special Events teams.
- Lead and provide oversight to Café and Retail.
- Include weekend gatherings in weekly hours and participate in the local team and necessary meetings.
- Attend Central Meetings, Guest Experience meetings, and other meetings as scheduled.
- Meet regularly with the Willow Street Campus Pastor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and coaching.
- Complete and review a formal Action and Development Plan three times throughout the year.
