About the company

Dyania Health, operating as Synapsis AI, automates the review and abstraction of electronic medical records using AI and medical expertise to interpret patient data. It analyzes EMR content to determine relevance and produce structured outputs for tasks like pre-screening for clinical trials, observational studies, reporting, and quality-of-care monitoring. The company differentiates itself by blending domain-specific medical expertise with AI to automate complex EMR workflows across clinical and research work, not relying on generic automation alone. Revenue comes from a service or subscription model based on EMR volume and task complexity, with the goal of helping providers and research teams work more efficiently.

What believers are saying

  • Cleveland Clinic began enterprise-wide rollout in 2025 and expanded access to all investigators.
  • April 2026 testing found Synapsis identified 29 of 30 missed ATTR-CM matches.
  • Dyania’s June 2026 website still markets commercial enterprise use, signaling active go-to-market momentum.

What critics are saying

  • Cleveland Clinic remains the proving ground; failed rollout there would cripple enterprise credibility.
  • Epic and Oracle Health can bundle similar chart-review workflows into existing contracts.
  • If accuracy slips below clinician trust, hospitals abandon Synapsis AI after pilot budgets expire.

What makes Dyania Health unique

  • Synapsis AI embeds in Cleveland Clinic’s EMR across 18 hospitals and 250 centers.
  • The platform claims 95%-plus accuracy on complex chart abstraction and trial matching.
