Requirements
  • At least 3 years of transactional paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Experience supporting corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, or other commercial matters.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior law firm experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume transactional practices.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys in all phases of transactional matters.
  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain transaction-related documentation.
  • Assist with due diligence, document management, and closing activities.
  • Coordinate signature collection and execution of legal documents.
  • Track transaction milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Manage electronic and physical deal files.
  • Conduct legal, corporate, and property-related research as needed.
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and project support for multiple ongoing matters.
