Responsibilities
  • Provide world class customer service via phone, email, and chat communications

  • Guide clients in performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems
  • Think creatively to solve complex questions
  • Work independently and in a team-based environment
  • Stay updated on new features and products
  • Work focused hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday
