Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations support or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Understanding of business systems, processes, and client expectations.
  • Comfort working with web-based tools and reporting platforms.
  • The ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, bend over, grasp, talk and/or hear, and drive.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Continuous hand-eye coordination and fine manipulation are required.
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks for the operations management team and the client.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with internal teams and field personnel across the organization.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for warehousing, parts, and shipping partners.
  • Coordinate merchandising projects, including shipment logistics and issue resolution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of merchandising materials and parts to field teams.
  • Conduct daily audits of field reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
  • Maintain reporting tools and systems, ensuring proper location data and issue tracking.
  • Produce standardized and ad hoc reports using client reporting tools.
  • Manage financial aspects of the program, including tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with management to support project execution and program success.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with merchandising project coordination.
  • Retail industry experience, preferably in a big-box environment.
  • Experience working with home appliance or consumer electronics manufacturers.

Channel Partners acquires Retail Merchandising Services, combining 40 years of in-store expertise with real-time retail intelligence platform

Channel Partners Solutions has acquired Retail Merchandising Services, a national merchandising company headquartered in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. The deal combines RMS's 40 years of in-store execution experience with Channel Partners' OpenSy™ field intelligence platform, which provides real-time visit verification and AI-powered photo validation. Founded in 1985, RMS operates across all 50 US states and holds Target Preferred Partner designation, granting backroom certification and direct inventory access. The company will continue serving existing clients whilst integrating Channel Partners' technology stack throughout 2026 and 2027. The combined organisation will deliver retail execution services across merchandising, audits, experiential marketing and warehousing. RMS operates using a W-2 employee model and serves brands across consumer electronics, grocery, health and beauty categories.
