A degree in Aerospace, Motorsport, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a relevant motorsport computational fluid dynamics role.
Strong grounding in fluid dynamics, numerical methods, and turbulence modeling.
Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work under time pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence engaging with technical and senior stakeholders.
Experience with commercial or open-source computational fluid dynamics solvers, ideally for thermal applications.
Experience correlating computational fluid dynamics with wind tunnel, dyno, or track data.
Understanding of solver behavior, numerical stability, or modeling limitations.

We are seeking a talented CFD Engineer to join our multi‑disciplinary Aerodynamics group, focusing on developing and advancing thermal brake CFD methodologies. You will improve predictive accuracy, correlation, and robustness of thermal modeling while working closely with aerodynamicists, process engineers, and software engineers to ensure our modeling approaches remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with performance objectives.
