  • Experience building and managing high-performing teams who drive complex, multi-persona, highly-technical sales, preferably using the Command of the Message framework
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Industry experience selling to ML engineers, data scientists, data engineers, or similar personas

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with revenue targets
  • Be a champion of the Command of the Message sales methodology and sell the value that the Anyscale platform provides
  • Act as a player-coach and lead by example; you are as comfortable generating pipeline as you are closing deals
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
  • Set clear expectations, provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for major accounts within the region
  • Partner with Field Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to develop initiatives that support sales growth
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to leadership
