Responsibilities
  • Play a leadership role working closely with the local and global management team managing daily processes to provide outstanding service to the Investment Group and our clients.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and timely and that compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and partner with other leaders across Global Investment Control to streamline processes and operations.
  • Proactively identify broad risks and oversee implementation of controls to mitigate and assist in issue resolution when necessary.
  • Accountable for setting goals and objectives for the team, performance management, coaching and development of Associates, and long-term strategic planning for the team.
  • Manage a variety of internal and external relationships, including individual investment professionals, investment committees, legal and compliance, trading, and other key stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • CFA, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
