Requirements
  • 4–8+ years of experience in a broad B2B marketing role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries such as infrastructure, software as a service, telecommunications, or data centers.
  • Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Help conceptualize, design, and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns across paid search and social, email, account-based marketing, and events to generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Support campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in building nurture flows, lifecycle campaigns, and customer-curated content to increase conversion and customer expansion.
  • Create and manage social content for Netrality's LinkedIn page.
  • Help build and manage a strategic content roadmap supporting brand storytelling and sales enablement.
  • Create and guide the development of emails, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, video scripts, and multimedia assets including video, animation, and interactive content.
  • Edit, manage, and update content on the company website and third-party platforms to optimize traditional search engine optimization and emerging discovery methods such as large language model search and zero-click results.
  • Work with external vendors on design, video, photography, and other creative needs.
  • Help optimize Salesforce, Pardot or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Google Analytics 4, and campaign tools to capture, score, and report performance.
  • Develop dashboards and insights that surface return on investment by channel, campaign, and segment.
  • Use generative artificial intelligence tools to accelerate content creation and campaign iteration where appropriate.
  • Contribute to event strategy and collaborate on hosted and industry events aligned to pipeline goals.
  • Assist with event logistics, vendors, materials, post-event follow-up, and return-on-investment tracking.
  • Support on-site event execution as needed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors and manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Use marketing tools and customer relationship management systems to support campaigns and reporting.
  • Manage marketing inventory and promotional materials.
  • Partner with the sales team to align on ideal customer profile, messaging, and attribution.
  • Support indirect and direct sales teams with marketing materials, nurture campaigns, and coordination of co-marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external teams.
  • Help establish simple, repeatable marketing processes.
  • Support special projects as they arise.
  • Help implement and maintain consistent branding across properties, materials, and events.
  • Support property-level marketing needs and portfolio updates.
  • Perform other tasks or assignments as requested.

Bridged Broadband launches with 47 network points of presence and approximately 2,500 route miles of fibre across Missouri and the broader Midwest. The 800G optical network uses a consortium-based model to deliver carrier-grade performance and low-latency connectivity to underserved rural markets. The facility provides Bridged Broadband access to carrier interconnection, cloud connectivity and global transit networks, supporting use cases including wireless backhaul, government connectivity, education networks and healthcare infrastructure.
