Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Handle case intake, including researching property records, providing pertinent details to docketing, and updating the database with claim information.
  • Monitor the Arbitration filings inbox and relay deadlines to docketing.
  • Communicate priority issues to attorneys and paralegals.
  • Submit process server and expert invoices in Emburse Enterprise (Chrome River).
  • Handle American Arbitration Association invoices.
  • Update the claims database.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks and meet daily deadlines.
  • Consistently achieve the firm's billable-hour expectation, including approved non-billable time.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an American Bar Association-approved paralegal program is preferred.
  • Experience with construction defects is desired.
