Requirements

  • ERP Analyst 2 requires a bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field and two years of experience, or equivalent relevant experience meeting the required experience threshold.
  • ERP Analyst 3 requires a bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field and three years of experience, or equivalent relevant experience meeting the required experience threshold.
  • Candidates must maintain valid United States work authorization throughout employment.

Responsibilities
  • Work with end users, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business, functional, and reporting requirements and business processes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, system operations, and requirements.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in Financial Aid functional areas within Workday Student, including Attendance Plans, ISIR processing, Cost of Attendance, Packaging, and Award Disbursement.
  • Work with product teams and product managers to implement application changes and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, propose resolutions, communicate potential solution impacts, execute solutions, and test independently or with product owners.
  • Document requirements as functional and technical specifications using business analysis techniques and recommend solutions to product owners.
  • Implement and test enhancements according to product roadmap priorities and coordinate with ITS teams and stakeholders.
  • Define and document reporting needs and create reports within applications or external reporting systems.
  • Maintain and enhance testing scripts, execute tests on schedule, troubleshoot results, and recommend business-process enhancements.
  • Work autonomously on enhancements and software implementations with progressively less supervisory input at Analyst 2 and Analyst 3 levels.
  • Serve as a departmental representative or technical lead on software solution implementations.
  • Create and maintain module roadmaps and ensure priorities are established and executed.
  • Oversee manual and automated test cases for assigned functional areas at the Analyst 3 level.
  • Mentor junior analysts in Workday business processes, reporting, and security configuration at the Analyst 3 level.
  • Refer students needing emotional, behavioral, or mental-health assistance to the appropriate university services and promptly contact designated university personnel when a student may pose a danger to themselves or others.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Financial Aid processes and experience supporting student information systems or ERP platforms in a higher-education environment.
  • At least one year of Financial Aid-process knowledge or higher-education student-information-system or ERP experience for Analyst 1.
  • At least three years of Financial Aid-process knowledge or higher-education student-information-system or ERP experience for Analyst 2.
  • At least five years of Financial Aid-process knowledge or higher-education student-information-system or ERP experience for Analyst 3.
