About the Role:

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to join our Professional Housing team. The Professional Housing team is responsible for driving corporate sales and reservations at Landing. We work to establish partnerships with organizations who travel for work assignment and relocation. As the Sales Director, you will work directly with leadership to build out and scale our B2B business, spearheading the strategy and execution of this business unit.

What You’ll Do:

Implement growth strategies to scale Landing’s corporate business
Manage a team of SDRs and AEs
Engage in insightful conversation to understand prospects true needs and challenges
Work closely with Account Executives to target specific industries or verticals
Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline outbound and inbound sales processes
Oversee our Sales Execution Platform and all deal management
Provide weekly updates and reporting to leadership
Stay up to date on all corporate travel trends

What You Need:

5+ years of professional sales manager experience
Strong organizational skills
Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
Tech-savvy - familiarity with Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are a big plus!
