  • A completed or in-progress licenciatura or engineering degree.
  • Availability to work rotating weekend shifts.
  • Availability to work Monday through Sunday with two weekdays off, on either the 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shift.
  • Proficiency with data-entry systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to prepare and follow up on reports.
  • Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and follow multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Results orientation and ability to meet response-time targets.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to established processes.
Responsibilities
  • Assess auto-claim damages using electronic tools and methods, without field work.
  • Enter and update claim information in internal systems.
  • Provide customer service and follow up with clients to ensure a timely, high-quality experience.
  • Follow up on assigned cases, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
  • Prepare reports and indicators related to valuations and claim status.
