- Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits roles, with a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits management.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing effective compensation and benefits practices for international markets.
- Ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and explain complex data clearly.
- Experience conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Expert-level Excel skills and advanced proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely, successful execution.
- Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting for leadership and HR business partners.
- Maintain and extend compensation ranges across hubs, including new locations and cooperation models.
- Run compensation review cycles, including matrices, budget models, scenario costing, system settings, and compensation statements.
- Run market benchmarking from data submissions and survey analysis through positioning conclusions and clear recommendations.
- Support the EU Pay Transparency rollout through pay gap analysis, action plans where gaps exceed thresholds, and preparation to answer pay questions.
- Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation, and levelling.
- Design and administer bonus schemes, keeping the rules defensible and documented.
- Own benefits renewals end to end, including benchmarking, vendor negotiation preparation, business cases, contracts with Procurement, and communications.
- Own the benefits budget and track effectiveness.
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual work in recurring analytics and processes.
