Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Applicants must have a valid United States driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.
Applicants must pass a background check through the Department of Human Services.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs, including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching, and skill-building.
Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Teach skills such as financial management and communication.
Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
Accurately document care and daily activities.

Pay & Schedule
$17.00/hour - $21.50/hour based on level of support

What You’ll Do:
As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.
You May:

What We’re Looking For:
