  • Determine estimated resources (manpower, materials, equipment, and tools)
  • Assist in the development of JLA’s and lift plans
  • Generate complete work opportunities and develop knowledge and familiarity for the turnaround team
  • Coordinate timely delivery of equipment and materials at the lowest cost
  • Maintain plan with schedulers during turnaround execution and update field contractors as changes occur
