Sydecar named to CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list.

Sydecar named to CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list. An award Sydecar is honored to acknowledge. NEW YORK, NY, August 4, 2026 - Sydecar, an SPV automation platform, has been recognized on CNBC's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list in the Wealth Technology category. Created by CNBC in partnership with market research firm Statista, the annual list recognizes 500 leading fintech companies across eight industry segments. Approximately 3,500 companies were evaluated using an aggregated scoring model that considered overall business performance and category-specific key performance indicators. Founded in 2021, Sydecar makes it simple and efficient for venture managers to form and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). By automating banking, compliance, contracts, and reporting, the platform reduces the back-office burden of running investment vehicles. This allows managers to launch deals faster and focus on building portfolios, strengthening track records, and fostering relationships with limited partners. SPVs have quickly become the preferred structure for private market transactions, and their role is poised to grow as global private capital assets under management climb toward a projected $27 trillion by the end of 2030. "Companies are staying private longer and building enormous value in the process. As a result, demand for private market exposure will only continue to grow in the months and years ahead," said Nik Talreja, CEO and co-founder of Sydecar. "We're proud to be among the companies recognized by CNBC and Statista and remain focused on building the infrastructure that powers private markets." The complete CNBC World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 list is available here.

Quarterly product update, Q1'26.

Quarterly product update, Q1'26. Introduction. This quarter's updates give Deal Leads a clearer, more complete view of their deals inside the platform. You can now see K-1 timelines, track transferred positions in your investor table, and confirm disclosure requirements for layered SPV deals, without leaving the platform. That means you can run complex deals smoothly, with fewer opportunities for error and more confidence at every step of the close. Investor K-1 delivery dates in the Tax Center. What's New As a Deal Lead, you can now view both estimated and final K-1 delivery dates for each investor directly in the Tax Center. Once K-1s are finalized, you can download all investor K-1s in one place for your records. When applicable, you can also download your 1099 forms directly from the platform. What this Means for You See K-1 timelines in one place and access finalized tax documents without additional follow-up. Save time during tax season with a single, centralized source of truth. Track interest transfers directly in the platform. What's New Transferred interests now appear directly in the Sydecar platform. Deal leads can view all transfer activity directly in their investor tables, eliminating the need to track transfers manually. Investors who receive transferred interests can now create full platform profiles, view deal information and updates, and access their documents, including tax forms. What this Means for You This update gives both deal leads and investors clear visibility into transferred positions and related documents, including K-1s at tax season. Submit deals faster with streamlined attestations & disclosures. What's New Sydecar, Inc. introduced a required attestation step for SPVs investing in another SPV or fund. Deal leads must now confirm allocation access, transferability of securities, satisfaction or waiver of transfer restrictions, required issuer consents, and the accuracy of supporting documentation. They must also acknowledge the additional risks of layered SPV structures, including fee stacking, tax complexity, reduced downstream control, and broken deal scenarios. What this Means for You This update increases transparency and sets clear expectations before capital is raised. It reinforces organizer accountability, reduces operational and compliance risk, and helps ensure investors are appropriately informed when participating in multi-layer SPV structures. Looking ahead: improved entity onboarding. Sydecar, Inc. is making entity onboarding faster and easier to delegate, with a specific focus on the needs of entities like family offices, wealth managers, and their teams. That means less back-and-forth getting the right people to the right steps, and a smoother experience for institutional investors and their teams.
