- Demonstrated experience as a Game Director or in a similar role in game development.

- Make decisive choices in collaboration with leads, including the Art Director, Lead Game Designer, and Tech leads, while maintaining ownership of the overall vision.
- Conduct regular reviews of prototypes, systems, and builds, ensuring high quality standards.
- Inspire and unite the team around a clear, strong vision.
- Promote a human-centered culture based on constructive feedback, learning from mistakes, and adaptability.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and initiative.
- Take on the Product Owner role to align the creative vision with the product vision.
- Contribute to backlog management and prioritization, articulating the value of features.
- Participate in defining sprint objectives and validating user stories.
- Lead product development by aligning milestone objectives, epics, sprint goals, and user stories.
- Integrate feedback from stakeholders, including publishers, marketing, and end users, into product development.
- Develop market awareness and understanding of business constraints to enrich the creative vision with a product perspective.
- Contribute to department development and support the Design Manager and Chief Creative Officer in studio tactical decisions, including team organization, technology adoption, and process improvement.
