This is a temporary position (CDD)

Confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role.Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun environment that makes guests feel at home.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry

PERSONALITY

• Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
