Requirements
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in space planning and occupancy strategy, with emphasis on data analytics
  • Validated experience integrating business processes and technologies
  • Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise wide CMMS technologies
  • Shown data management and analytic skills with the ability to identify and act on data insights
  • Excellent program management and communication skills
  • Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starting
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive team-oriented, hands-on, adaptive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable collaborating with team with varied strengths members, including space planners, occupancy planners and facility managers
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Google Office applications
Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working knowledge of CMMS tools and processes; be the subject matter expert for CMMS tools and integration of business processes within Real Estate and Workplace Services
  • Optimize process and performance through adoption of the CMMS, drive detailed global standard reactive and preventative maintenance programs through the tool
  • Define and supervise KPIs and critical reporting, partner with the technology product owner to scale operations through the use of the CMMS technology
  • Own processes, guidelines and standards and drive alignment across our global portfolio as it related to CMMS
  • Own and handle the relationships with current CMMS technologies partners; oversee all implementations, enhancements and upgrades to ensure global alignment
  • Document, maintain, and drive improvements in current CMMS processes; identify areas of opportunity to use expanded CMMS technologies
  • Develop strategy to expand on data measures via technologies (badging systems, sensors, etc) and processes to collect, analyze and take action based on this data
  • Accountable for data governance processes related to CMMS tools
  • Develop appropriate data reporting processes; assist with the development of dashboards and other enhanced reporting to provide ease of data access
  • Provide guidance and training for REWS team members related to the CMMS tools and technologies
  • Explore enhancement opportunities with internal TEDI team and other industry leading technologies
