Requirements
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed within a team environment
  • Experience leading and motivating a team of sellers to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Proven ability to set clear and deliverable goals
  • Proven track record of successful selling at holding company and brand level
  • Understanding of IO-based, managed service, and SaaS business models
  • In-depth understanding of video advertising ecosystem, especially YouTube and CTV
  • Knowledge of Agency Holding Company reporting relationships and market dynamics
  • Established network and credibility as an industry expert
  • Strong personal network with key agency contacts
  • Experience with sales management and analytics tools
  • Minimum 5 years of video (preferably video/YouTube) Holding Company agency experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence people
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
  • Solution selling/customer-centric approach
  • Phenomenal presentation skills with data and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Establish/renew trading agreements with Agency Partners
  • Develop customer relationships and work on account/prospect strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Define market opportunities and allocate resources effectively
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain an exceptional sales team
  • Communicate goals and processes to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and pipeline
  • Drive collaboration between sales, operations, finance, marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Provide market feedback to product development
  • Advocate for Pixability's point of view
  • Formulate strategies based on client objectives
