About the company

The Mural Group provides specialized talent and consulting services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. It works by matching experienced professionals with clients for interim leadership roles, permanent executive searches, or specific projects like financial reporting and merger integration. Unlike general staffing agencies, the firm focuses specifically on the private equity lifecycle and is led by partners with Big Four accounting and executive search backgrounds. The company's goal is to provide flexible, on-demand expertise that helps mid-market businesses manage growth and execute strategic initiatives without the long-term commitment of a full-time hire.
