Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
Experience managing and leading teams.
Project management experience is beneficial.
Computer literacy and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Up-to-date manual handling training and Safe Pass.
Responsibilities
Manage all site elements of the project and ensure full project deliverables are achieved.
Deliver on-site compliance for EHSQ, toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, and related requirements.
Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
Coordinate on-site plant hire, tools, and labour.
Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Execute the commissioning and close-out plan.
Ensure snag lists are closed out.
Deliver on the labour tracker.
Attend internal team planning meetings.
Manage relevant external correspondence.
Order day-to-day site materials.
Update relevant information in the progress report.
Maintain the company document management system.
Manage project-specific scheduling.
Communicate changes to the project team.
Monitor and report on project quality.
Oversee testing certification and handover.
Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures.
