Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems, data, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Power BI and familiarity with Power Query, basic DAX, data preparation, dashboard design, or data modeling.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, structured data, reporting tools, or business information.
  • Ability to organize information, manage recurring deadlines, and follow tasks through completion.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn unfamiliar business processes, reporting tools, and data sources.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recurring activities supporting the Contractor Performance Assessment Report process, including schedules, follow-up, record maintenance, and status reporting.
  • Support the quarterly Program Quality Management Review cycle by compiling program health and monthly service delivery data, tracking submission status, and assisting with communications to program managers.
  • Maintain customer feedback and recognition information and data.
  • Review contract team environments against established internal standards and document results and follow-up items.
  • Administer recurring metric and corporate Objectives and Key Results reporting activities, including submission tracking, deadline coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Maintain metric and data reporting tools used to collect, organize, and report corporate performance information.
  • Review reported information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
  • Support maintenance and troubleshooting of the metric data automation pipeline to ensure source data flows accurately into reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Maintain reporting tools using Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and other approved business platforms.
  • Support existing Power BI reports and dashboards through routine updates, data-quality reviews, refresh monitoring, and basic enhancements.
  • Assist with developing reports, visualizations, and basic analytical outputs using established data models and reporting standards.
  • Identify data gaps, reporting issues, and opportunities to make information more reliable, accessible, or useful.
  • Support the Analytics Lead and IT Infrastructure with data governance, collection, and reporting process improvements.
  • Respond to routine questions and provide practical support to business stakeholders, data owners, and process participants.
  • Communicate reporting status, upcoming deadlines, data issues, and follow-up needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar workflow and collaboration tools.
  • Experience creating, deploying, and enabling good data hygiene across teams and the organizational enterprise.
  • Familiarity with government contracting, Contractor Performance Assessment Reports, customer performance, contract or project metric reporting, the government fiscal year, and other key performance and delivery elements.
