Responsibilities
  • Respond to end customers' warranty-claim requests.
  • Assist beneficiaries in finding suitable repair solutions.
  • Identify partner repairers according to time, cost, and quality criteria.
  • Analyze technical files, including estimates and diagnostics, using the company's artificial-intelligence tool.
  • Negotiate repair costs with partner garages.
  • Write clear, well-supported summaries for customer validation.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of tools, scripts, and procedures.
  • Contribute to monitoring performance and reporting for after-sales service activities.
