  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 10+ years of demonstrated ability in IT or a related field, with 3 years of additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 6 years of experience delivering S/4 ERP Implementations with Fashion and Retail experience.
  • Interpret Business Requirements and design the right solutions including technical planning and implementing the solution.
  • Design and Development Experience with SAP specific technologies, including ABAP development using user exits, Enhancement Frameworks, Adobe forms, ODATA/SOA services, IDOCs, Data Dictionary, object-oriented development concepts
  • Application Interface Framework (AIF)
  • Core Data Services
  • ABAP RESTful Application Programming
  • SAP SLT (Landscape Transformation Replication Server)
  • Cross Functional Expertise in various SAP modules SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP is a must.
  • Expertise in automation tools like BPA, Build Apps and Workzone
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with SAP in consultation for development, including collaboration on SAP custom development, OSS Notes and Support Pack application and Upgrades.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Mentor Software Engineers providing technical guidance.
  • Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth.
  • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).
  • Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate.
Responsibilities
  • As a Lead SAP Engineer, you will bring broad experience to lead the design, development and delivery of S/4 solution that meet the strategic business goals.
  • You will oversee end-to-end SAP implementation, guide technical teams and will partner closely with Principal Engineers, solution & technical architects, business systems analysts, product owners and IT management, to implement robust solutions using agile standard methodologies and delivering high quality products on predictable timelines.
  • You'll contribute to all aspects of solution delivery and activities necessary to keep those solutions and systems up to date.
  • You'll work as part of a team of technical professionals towards common goals, with a focus on sustainable business delivery.
  • You will drive innovation, automation and best practices.
