Requirements
  • 5+ years of managing specific KPIs with accountability for metrics and the strategies and execution
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on Quality Control, preferably within a fashion, retail, e-commerce organization and/or an operationally intensive business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control strategy for multiple inbound departments
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures
  • Actively pursue and create strategic and operational objectives
  • Ensure operational strategies are running on time and as efficient as possible
  • Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and cross functional partners
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement potential corrective actions
  • Lead a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain reporting to ensure compliance and trends to make strategic decisions
