Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk/reception.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to make people feel welcome.

  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist members, guests, and partners with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage check-ins, guest lists, and reception systems, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Provide on-shift supervision, mentoring, and training for reception team members.
  • Oversee scheduling, team coverage, and performance in partnership with the Hospitality & Operations Manager.
  • Act as a key holder, handling campus opening and closing procedures.
  • Support events and activations by assisting with guest flow and check-in.
  • Collaborate with campus teams (Cafe, Events, Campus Support) to maintain seamless operations.
  • Model The Lighthouse ethos in every interaction—professional, responsive, and guest-first.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred.
