Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in auto collision estimating
  • Auto estimate software experience required (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
  • Auto appraiser license or certification required
  • ICAR Certification preferred
  • Four-year college degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze completed assignments with vendors
  • Provide insight on vendors and assist with partnerships
  • Review reporting and measurement methods for vendor performance
  • Improve accuracy of estimating with vendors
  • Identify potential estimating-related fraud
  • Review auto damage estimates for accuracy and compliance
  • Update estimating guidelines
  • Develop and implement reporting on program results
  • Develop relationships with vendors
  • Provide coaching and guidance on handling estimates
  • Complete regular file reviews
  • Collaborate on special projects
  • Maintain updates to vendor processes
  • Confirm audit process requirements are met
  • Work in multiple systems for file resolution
