Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors to drive sales of securities and facilitate meetings, conference calls, and delivery of research
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment styles and needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the Trading Desk to resolve transaction issues and ensure seamless client experiences
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive client engagement and rigorous calling activity
  • Stay informed on market trends, client strategies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Communicate investment ideas effectively to clients and internal sales teams
  • Train and mentor junior staff, including sales assistants, and contribute to hiring processes
  • Provide feedback to management on departmental procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Adhere to compliance policies and maintain high standards of client service
