Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally with ML/AI products focused on Targeting within Ads or Martech
  • Experience taking 0->1 products to market
  • Ability to think deeply, quickly and analytically - driving business outcomes for customers
  • Ability to measure success through shipped full products and point to specific examples of owning a portfolio of high-impact releases from discovery through scaling revenue
  • Passion for building high quality customer experiences and understanding customers’ needs to translate them into tangible product solutions
  • Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs - quickly identifying the situation + options, framing the situation, and driving internal alignment
  • Creativity and motivation - always finding a way
  • Deeply analytical and comfortable sorting through data & using it to make data driven decisions

Responsibilities
  • Lead product strategy and discovery for the Audience AI product
  • Collaborate with engineering/product/design, go-to-market teams, and present to internal executives
  • Be the voice of the customer
  • Own the success of the product suite including adoption and client satisfaction
  • Develop portfolio strategy to develop sustainably differentiated products based around Attentive’s data and AI frameworks
