- 2–4 years of experience in expert network recruiting, US-facing recruiting or staffing, or business-to-business sales development representative work.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with comfort cold-calling senior US professionals.
- Willingness to work evening India Standard Time hours for consistent US timezone overlap.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable being measured on outcomes.
- Source and personally reach out to 1,000–4,000 qualified domain experts per week on LinkedIn through personalized manual outreach.
- Get qualified prospects on calls, pitch the opportunity, handle objections, and guide prospects through onboarding.
- Own one domain end-to-end and become fluent in its tools, job titles, and expert communities.
- Secure introductions and working relationships with domain-specific firms and studios in the US and existing markets, excluding business process outsourcing firms and staffing agencies.
- Support marketing campaigns and outbound efforts for human data collection.
- Track every prospect from first contact through activation and report weekly funnel metrics.
- Activate 100 experts per month through completed onboarding and a first paid task.
- Book 15–20 qualified calls per week.
- Achieve 30- and 60-day retention of recruited experts.
- Convert qualified firm introductions into active partnerships.
- Familiarity with target domains such as computer-aided design, 3D, visual effects, video or audio production, or scientific tooling.
- Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar outbound tools.
