- Provide behavioural and symptom support to mental health residents aged 18 years and older as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with the Resident Care Manager, Social Worker, and Occupational Therapist.
- Use a strength-based approach to foster residents’ overall well-being, psychosocial recovery, stability, and community reintegration.
- Build rapport and support and facilitate residents’ development of problem-solving skills, competencies, and social integration.
- Contribute to a resident-centered environment.
- Report unsafe activities or behaviours that may cause harm or injury to residents or others.
