Key Account Manager - Dutch speaking
About the job
- A HBO or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management.
- A proven record of acquiring and closing large or key customers in a B2B environment.
- A strong track record of acquiring and closing new business.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Skill in value-based selling and commercial storytelling.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Proactively identify, target, and win large, strategically relevant customers.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline focused on impactful opportunities.
- Drive value-based selling across SaaS and transportation solutions.
- Negotiate commercially sound agreements, focusing on pricing, margin, and deal quality.
- Advise customers on logistics optimization and digital transformation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and long-term value realization after acquisition.
- Identify and drive selective, high-value expansion opportunities within key accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Carrier Management.
- Strengthen CtrlChain’s market position through insight, network, and commercial excellence.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or SaaS is highly preferred.
- An additional European language, such as Spanish, is a plus.
