  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Adobe Experience Manager and understanding of the Adobe Product line and integration points in designing solutions: Adobe Analytics, Campaign, Target, Experience Platform, etc,
  • 2+ years of experience in project management / delivery / client engagement
  • Expertise in HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
  • Excellent project management and resource management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing on-shore, off-shore, and client teams
  • Experience working in a consultancy firm (highly desired)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 33% of the time as necessary
  • Ability to work within the US without limitations
  • Ability to work in the office/client site 3 days per week (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple teams of developers with different objectives and timelines
  • Work with technical leads and other architects to ensure solutions optimally utilize Adobe tools
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery/project management of solutions according to customer needs
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional project core teams to on-time development & implementation
  • Manage program resources and assign tasks to team members
  • Break down Customer strategies into phased road-maps
  • Align road-map phases to executable use cases
  • Make recommendations to clients for additional engagements
  • Review project milestones to identify and address issues
