Requirements
  • Working knowledge of federal agreements processes, such as SPP, CRADA, and ACT.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agreements management systems, such as AMPS.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, plus three years of relevant experience in agreements or grants management; an Associate's degree plus five years of relevant experience, or seven years of relevant experience, may satisfy the equivalency.
  • At least six years of agreements or grants experience.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Must not require H-1B or TN visa sponsorship.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and ability to learn other tools as necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Manage agreements and interagency instruments.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and support negotiations.
  • Track and analyze agreements.
  • Support interagency collaboration and complex partnerships.
  • Provide acquisition and grants management support, business program and project management services, and broader professional administrative and operational support.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals across the firm's global competency areas.

  • Relevant Federal Energy and Nuclear Sector experience.
  • Functional and technical area expertise in the Federal Energy and Nuclear Sector.
