Responsibilities
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact for planning and execution
  • Help to onboard a customer including hosting kick-off calls, creating tracking documents, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Strategizing, planning, and making recommendations to clients on partnerships
  • Creating and maintaining client-facing documents for tracking statuses, approvals, and timelines
  • Work with a team of Account Coordinators to ensure smooth execution of customer’s programs
  • Problem-solve when issues arise and communicate with customers to find solutions
  • Host client debriefs to understand program effectiveness and make recommendations for future events
  • Monitor client spending and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Create post-campaign recaps and present to the Client with KPIs, learnings, and recommendations
  • Recommend programs or partnerships to meet client's needs and objectives
