  • 10+ years experience in large scale process improvement, organizational development, change management, or a related field
  • Experience building culture and change management strategies within enterprise organizations

  • Degree, or equivalent, in Organizational Development, Cybersecurity Psychology or related field

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration cross functionally to design, develop, and launch new initiatives to promote cybersecurity awareness, education, and standardize methodologies across the organization
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, security partners, and employees to foster a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Establish Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODMs) to measure the effectiveness of the culture transformation program and continuously refine initiatives based on data-driven insights and organizational feedback
  • Lead change management efforts to overcome resistance and drive adoption of new security behaviors and processes
