Requirements
  • 5+ years of previous sales experience selling to healthcare corporations/ C-Suite level executives selling to multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment delivering business growth
  • Experience developing territory from scratch
  • Must have an acute understanding of the national and local challenges within hospitals and demonstrate knowledge and a creative approach to address them
  • Agile presenter comfortable with a variety of hospital executives' perspectives and ability to navigate complex sales processes
  • 50% Travel - This position requires travel, both local and overnight, to meet with clients and with members of the medical community to establish relationships with clients and to promote Medely Inc. This may require providing proof of immunizations and/or the use of safety equipment to remain in compliance with healthcare facility and customer requirements
  • Must be located in a major city east of Chicago
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by acquiring new enterprise healthcare corporations
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle, creating detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Negotiating and closing deals via in-person and video meetings while maintaining passion and enthusiasm for the healthcare industry
  • Critical advancement of solving clinical staffing challenges in the market through establishing partnerships with leading hospitals and IDNs in the assigned market
  • Manage the entire sales cycle by working alongside sales development, clinical operations, and across the revenue organization to find, advance, and close business
  • Enterprise class discovery - listen, uncover, document, and present current vs ideal state for individual facilities' clinical staffing challenges
  • Autonomously develop and execute a strategic territory plan
  • Present to prospective accounts the Medely value proposition and be comfortable in a highly demonstrable role showcasing Medely usage
  • Maintain a transparent and accurate territory representation in SFDC
  • Prospect and generate new lead opportunities
