Responsibilities
  • Record and review sales entries for the Gurgaon and Neemrana branches and ensure timely transfer to Head Office books.
  • Maintain accurate accounting entries including journal vouchers, service invoices, and travel-related expenses.
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of branch-level accounting transactions.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated stock reports with provisions for all branches.
  • Support periodic book stock versus physical stock reconciliation for the Neemrana warehouse.
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly consolidated stock reports covering all branches.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve inventory variances.
  • Prepare sales invoices based on approved purchase orders received from the Marketing team.
  • Generate fixed and variable service invoices and ensure proper accounting and documentation.
  • Ensure dispatch memos and invoicing are aligned with accounting records.
  • Prepare GST workings, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, for the Gurgaon and Neemrana branches.
  • Support reconciliation and compliance activities to ensure accurate statutory filings.
  • Assist in responding to GST, tax, and regulatory queries.
  • Provide documentation and data required for statutory audits and tax audits.
  • Support timely closure of audit observations and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in implementing new accounting processes and control improvements.
