A bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Construction Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience managing marine, waterfront, structural, geotechnical, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of public-sector contract administration, project controls, quality assurance and quality control, critical path method scheduling, and construction safety.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel locally as project needs require.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Techno is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major $800M+ waterfront infrastructure project in New York City. This is a full-time, primarily on-site role in New York City overseeing a major infrastructure project involving waterfront construction, deep foundations, reinforced concrete structures, shoreline stabilization, and utility coordination. The Project Manager will lead project delivery by coordinating with owners, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution.

COMPENSATION
The anticipated compensation range for this position is between $80.00-$100.00/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
