Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6 and S/4 HANA (Cloud or On-Premise)
  • Deep expertise in Logistics Execution configuration, including IM, WM/Stock Room Management, Handling Unit Management, Batch Management and shipping within LE-TRA.
  • Demonstrated success in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills; proven ability to translate business needs into technology outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of enhancements and mid-size initiatives within modules that comprise SAP Logistics Execution using a product-centric, agile approach.
  • Translate business outcomes into system requirements, functional specifications, proof of concept, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive As-Is/To-Be process design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and digital roadmap.
  • Configure and support SAP LE, including enterprise structure, IM, WM/Stock Room Management, and integrated Transportation Management systems.
  • Apply SAP Joule and other AI-assisted tools to bring value to business units, streamline business decision making, and improve service levels.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and standardization across plants and business units.
  • Collaborate with data and integration teams on API-first design, improved data quality, and enhanced supply chain visibility.
  • Provide expert Level 1 and 2 support; participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical business operations.
  • Execute HyperCare support activities for major releases or business events, including on-site logistics support in a shop floor setting when required.
  • Analyze and optimize inbound/outbound processes, EDI/idoc flows, and transportation execution.
  • Ensure solutions comply with IT controls, cybersecurity policies, and SAP best practices.
  • Lead unit testing and coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise change management and documentation standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Basic Transportation Management fundamentals.
  • Experience with SAP EWM fundamentals.
  • SAP certification in Logistics, EWM, or TM.
  • Knowledge of external TMS platforms, integration with peripheral systems, and modern freight optimization practices.
  • Experience with freight costing and settlement in S/4 HANA.
  • Experience supporting multi-plant internal supply chains.
  • Familiarity with AI-centric tools (SAP Joule, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
