  • Experience with optical character recognition and data extraction tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and C#/.NET; PowerShell or Bash for infrastructure tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end technical strategies and scalable architectures for intelligent automation initiatives, integrating RPA bots with AI models.

  • Meet with health system leaders to analyze processes and determine whether to use RPA, AI such as optical character recognition/natural language processing, or not automate them.
  • Draft technical blueprints specifying bot login procedures, data storage, exception handling, and AI model calls.
  • Research and test AI tools for fit with health systems’ technology stacks.
  • Design and document REST and SOAP API integrations between automation platforms and third-party applications.
  • Calculate required CPU, RAM, and GPU capacity for upcoming automations and provision virtual machines.
  • Configure credential vaults to allow bots to log into systems without exposing passwords in code.
  • Build and maintain a shared library of code snippets for developers.
  • Monitor bot health and verify critical automations complete successfully overnight.
  • Troubleshoot complex failures that regular support teams cannot resolve.
  • Plan and execute automation platform upgrades without breaking existing bots.
  • Facilitate whiteboard sessions with non-technical departments to identify process pain points.
  • Engineer prompts for business logic, manage context windows, and mitigate AI hallucinations in enterprise data.
