Requirements
  • Experience leading member acquisition efforts for a B2B2C healthcare/health care tech product
  • Ability to independently own and implement decisions and strategy
  • Experience leading a team to implement successful member acquisition strategies for large enterprise customers, partners, and/or health plans
  • Demonstrated financial acumen to forecast and evaluate member acquisition KPIs’ impact on an organization’s bottom line
  • Strong industry experience in benefits providers, employee health and wellness, health plans, or related commercial spaces
Responsibilities
  • Lead Brightline’s member acquisition efforts overseeing Growth, Partnerships, and Strategic Accounts marketing
  • Develop and execute cohesive, data driven, and effective member acquisition strategies
  • Establish strong collaborative working relationships with Customer Success, Data Science, Product, Care, Finance and Marketing teams
  • Utilize dashboards and data to measure campaign effectiveness, activation performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead planning and discussions for marketing driven member acquisition efforts, ensuring a robust, cohesive, and scalable approach
