About the Role:
Brightline brings virtual behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where you need it. We are seeking a VP of Member Growth to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Brightline’s member acquisition efforts overseeing Growth, Partnerships, and Strategic Accounts marketing. As the VP of Member Growth, you will utilize your expertise to develop and execute cohesive, data driven, and effective member acquisition strategies to achieve member growth and hit key success metrics.

You will leverage data to communicate a clear and compelling case to influence decision makers, and lead regular reporting to senior leadership to track progress and performance.

You will lead planning and discussions for marketing driven member acquisition efforts, ensuring a robust, cohesive, and scalable approach that aligns with organizational goals and plans, while also helping the team overcome hurdles to execute any plans successfully.

You will orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish a goal and use limited resources efficiently to get things done.
You will adapt your approach to match the shifting demands of our organization.
Experimentation:
You will partner with the Client Success, Product, and Data Science teams along with other Marketing team members to explore and set up regular tests/pilots to enhance engagement efforts.
Why We Are Excited About You:
You have seasoned experience leading member acquisition efforts for a B2B2C healthcare/health care tech product, with a proven ability to independently own and implement decisions and strategy.
You are comfortable managing complexity and juggling many demands, and can diplomatically influence your different stakeholders to align on a set of priorities.
You have ample experience leading a team to implement successful member acquisition strategies for large enterprise customers, partners, and/or health plans as well as for company owned channels. You have a strong track record of accountability and results in member acquisition.
You are comfortable working with cross functional teams and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You have demonstrated financial acumen to forecast and evaluate member acquisition KPIs’ impact on an organization’s bottom line.
You have created and presented business case presentations to senior management.
You use available data to back up your recommendations. You have a strong orientation to reviewing data, digging deeper into areas that may need more discovery, building business takeaways based on data.
You have strong industry experience in benefits providers, employee health and wellness, health plans, or related commercial spaces.
Experience in growth marketing or client success roles will help someone succeed in this role.

At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. It is a combination of a cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and opportunity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $153,000-$239,000.
