  • - Seasoned experience leading member acquisition efforts for a B2B2C healthcare/healthcare tech product - Comfortable managing complexity and juggling many demands - Ability to diplomatically influence stakeholders to align on priorities - Ample experience leading a team to implement successful member acquisition strategies for large enterprise customers, partners, and/or health plans - Strong track record of accountability and results in member acquisition - Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done - Demonstrated financial acumen to forecast and evaluate member acquisition KPIs' impact on an organization's bottom line - Experience in benefits providers, employee health and wellness, health plans, or related commercial spaces - Strong industry experience in growth marketing or client success roles - Ability to use available data to back up recommendations
Responsibilities
  • - Lead all member acquisition efforts overseeing Growth, Partnerships, and Strategic Accounts marketing - Develop and execute cohesive, data-driven, and effective member acquisition strategies - Establish collaborative working relationships with Customer Success, Data Science, Product, Care, Finance, and Marketing teams - Utilize dashboards and data (internal and external) to measure campaign effectiveness, activation performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) - Orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish goals and use limited resources efficiently - Partner with Client Success, Product, and Data Science teams to explore and set up regular tests/pilots to enhance engagement efforts - Forecast and evaluate member acquisition KPIs' impact on an organization's bottom line
