Requirements

Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related work such as hospitality.
A proven track record of achieving commercial results.
Ability to connect with clients.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
Must have authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Responsibilities

Represent the Tiffany brand in client interactions and create extraordinary client experiences.
Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate the brand's values to clients.
Develop client relationships and exceed commercial targets and sales plans.
Foster a clienteling culture, encourage entrepreneurship, and reinforce client development to grow outreach business.
Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
Generate a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
Find innovative ways to grow business by delivering elevated client experiences at each appointment.
Drive business through key product pillars.
Convert clients through curiosity and discovery.
Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments to clients.
Demonstrate the Tiffany brand ambassador role during each selling ceremony using the Tiffany Touch.
Demonstrate client experience behaviors identified within the NPS program, leverage client feedback, and elevate in-store experiences.
Optimize hospitality and store amenities, follow best practices, and act on NPS performance and client feedback.
Connect with clients' wardrobes to style them.

Desired Qualifications

A college or university degree.
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Spanish-speaking ability.

Qualifications:

Required:

Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).

Proven track record in achieving Commercial results.

Ability to connect with the client

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work with a diverse client base.

Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Preferred:

A college/university degree.

Proficiency in multiple languages.
Spanish Speaker Preferred.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $22.19 – $30.02. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
