Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate for an Operations Specialist Senior role are required.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, operational functions, problem solving, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures are required.
  • The position requires compliance with applicable policies and procedures and is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for registered roles, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act and/or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority requirements.
  • The employer will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM Optional Practical Training for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Execute complex transactions and processes of moderate to high risk and financial value using standard policies and procedures, with responsibility for one or more specialized products or functional areas.
  • Identify and address exceptions and serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions.
  • Partner internally with service partners to route calls, documents, or other action items needed to complete transactions.
  • Interact with external customers to complete transactions.
  • Ensure the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
  • Provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers.
  • Review existing processes, recommend improvements, and drive implementation.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects.
  • Train and onboard new hires.
  • Review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, conformance to established service levels, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Participate in risk mitigation activities.
  • Process trades, fulfill market orders, review securities, read SWIFT messages, and review financial futures and futures variations.
  • Conduct research as needed and send communications to terminate relationships with investment advisors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Trade support experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with investment managers is ideal.
  • Accountability, customer solutions, ensuring compliance, personal initiative, process improvements, results orientation, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures are preferred.

Worthington Enterprises extends $500M revolving credit facility through 2031

Worthington Enterprises has extended its $500 million revolving credit facility through August 31, 2031, according to an 8-K filing on August 31, 2026. The Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement pushes back the maturity date from September 27, 2028. The facility, led by PNC Bank with JPMorgan Chase Bank and Bank of America as Syndication Agents, maintains the same size but includes an accordion option to increase commitments by up to $300 million in $10 million increments. EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments.
